Our
two pediatric dentists, Dr. Andrea Gonzales and Dr. Tom Wickersham, are
state-licensed specialists in pediatric dentistry. They both
graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry with their DDS degree (general
dentistry degree) and completed an additional two-year pediatric dental
residency at Baylor College of Dentistry, Children's Medical Center of
Dallas and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. They married 6 months after
completing their residency (even though they still have different last
names)! They have two daughters, Lauren, age eight and Sophie, age
five.
In
addition to their private practice, the dentists enjoy traveling with
their children, University of Texas football and working out. They both are
also former associate clinical professors in pediatric dentistry at Baylor
College of Dentistry in Dallas. Our office can arrange tours or talks for
your special interest groups, too. If you are happy with your visit

Both Dr. Wickersham and Dr. Gonzales finished their pediatric residency in July of 1995.
They practiced in Corpus Christi with another pediatric dentist until May
of 1997. They opened their own practice, Dental Care 4 Kids, in July
of 1997.

Dr. Henderson has been working with our practice as our dental anesthesiologist since we opened in 1997. He performs I.V. sedations for our patients in our office at least once a month.
